By using MusicGen, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Display your generated content in your account dashboard

We do NOT use your uploaded audio files or generated content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do NOT share your private content with other users or third parties except as required to provide our services or as described in this Privacy Policy.

4.3 AI Model Training

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from user generations to improve our AI models. This means we analyze patterns and trends across many users without identifying individual users or their specific content. You cannot opt out of this aggregated analysis, but we never attribute specific content to you in our training data.

  • User Content: Audio files and generated content are retained as long as you choose to keep them in your account. You may delete content at any time from your dashboard

  • Support Communications: Retained for 2-3 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes. Some information may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted.
